John D’Angelo – Government Services Liaison

John D'AngeloBorn in Maryland, in the not so distant past, John grew up under the guidance of his amazing mother, aunt, and grandmother, who molded him into the exuberant and passionate young man that he has come to be. Always making friends first with his teachers, then his peers, it is no surprise that John is often called an “old soul.” This early maturity allowed him to make critical relationships throughout his childhood and young adulthood.

After moving to Virginia in the 5th grade, John graduated high school with honors, earning a 3.99 GPA, the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, the National Honor Thespian Award, and several others. During those 4 years, he also performed in 8 theatre productions, competed in VHSL Debate State competitions, provided service for Honor Societies, and cultivated wonderful relationships with faculty and peers.

John D'AngeloJohn is currently a rising sophomore at Christopher Newport University (CNU), located in Newport News, Virginia. Being enthusiastic in political affairs, John has found his calling as a Government major (specializing in international affairs) with French & Leadership Studies minors. John is a member of CNU’s Honor Program, a representative for CNU’s Model United Nations delegation, a ranking member of the President’s Leadership Program as a Canon Scholar, a ranking member of the United Campus Ministries, and an eager member of the Croquet Club.

John D'AngeloJohn strives to bring light and energy into every project he gets his hands on, and he holds himself to the highest standard. His passion is infectious, and he will work tirelessly for what he believes in. While John possesses an entire book of beliefs, one of them is in The Inspired Action Network. He joined our team in February 2013, and has shown himself to be both grateful and pioneering during this team’s life-altering journey in support of our vision.
